Deposits- A 50% non refundable retainer is required to secure your cupcake or cake order spot. The remaining balance for your cake or cupcake order is due one week prior to event date.
Orders less than $200 are due within 7 days of
placing an order.
Delivery/Pickup- Pickup is available the morning of the event date between 10am-11am. Other times can be made available upon request when making an order. Delivery is available starting at $50 within 20 miles of our cake studio.
Loss or Damages- All of our goods are packaged with lots of care and attention. We cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged once we have delivered an order or once you have picked up your order.
Our Policies.
Cancellations/Changes- If you decide to cancel an order please do so within 7 days of event date. All funds except for the 50% retainer required to secure your order will be returned. Changes must be made within 2 weeks of event. Any changes made in less than 2 weeks are subject to rush order fees.
Allergies- Because we are a home bakery, all of our goods are baked in the same kitchen where nuts, dairy, gluten and other common allergens are present. Please be mindful when ordering.
